City Council:    Meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at
 the City Office

           in the Lembke Building 7:00pm  103 Main St. N

 (If meeting times should change, notice will be posted on
the bulletin board in the Lembke Building Hallway)

                                    

         Parks

 

Old Mill Park is located on the lake off of 5th Street W.

The Old Mill Park is free to all, no reservations are
taken, first come basis. 
 

                  Did you know?

Parking Regulations

Ψ No parking on any city street after a plowable snowfall of 3” or more until streets are cleared.

Ψ No vehicle shall be parked upon any street in any one place for a longer continuous period than 48 hours

Dog Licenses

  • Only three dogs per residence are allowed. License can be obtained at the City Hall. Bring a copy of the Rabies Vaccination.

Building Permits

  • Building permits are required for all outside improvements (except painting).  All permits must be approved before construction begins.  Please apply for a permit at least 2 weeks before. 

Where to vote

  • Lembke Building-103 Main Street N., you can register for voting by calling Faribault County Auditor’s Office at 526-6213 or you can register the day of elections here in Minnesota Lake. 

REMEMBER TO:  Call before you Dig

  • It’s the law to call before digging. Call Gopher State One 800-252-1166.

RECYCLING/GARBAGE

  • Recycling is every other Wednesday. 

  • Garbage Bags are sold at the City office on Main Street or at Food N Fuel on Hwy 22.  Garbage is picked up everything Thursday; please have your bags out by 8:00 a.m. 

  • Dumpsters are available by calling 462-3277 or 462-3245.  2 yard dumpsters are available.
